Your PDF Count Sheets in Bulk

Provides a simple to use on line reporting tools, that allows for recall to user and process reporting, including production reports.

Step One:

• Purchase 1 lot of Qty 500 Virtual Count sheet UID’s
• As you print count sheets you consume these UID’s
• Each Count sheet will have a UID (Unique Barcode ID) that allows for audit and recall of that specific Assembly User/Date and Time (reporting)

Step Two:

• Save all of your count sheets as PDF’s on your PC
• Ensure that their name is the name you want the users to search that count sheet for i.e. Mini Hand Tray
• Login to Your SPD systems with User name and password provided after purchase of the initial 500 UID’s
• Select the Count Sheet PDF folder on your PC and Bulk upload

Your SPD Count sheets will now be on line ready to use.

To update a Count-sheet – simply re-save any changes to the same name in PDF on your PC and upload a single PDF file to Your SPD Count-sheet system – this will overwrite the existing one with the new count sheet.
